I'm Alec. I'm grateful to run a business in an industry that I truly love, Personal Development.

I have been fortunate to live in and travel to many different states and many different countries in my life. These days, I have a beautiful wife Emily, two young children (Coral Rose and Forrest) and another one on the way! After living many years in colder climates, such as Madison, WI, Asheville, NC and Vail, CO, I am very grateful to be settled in sunny Southern California.

When we started this business, we had the intention of creating a lifestyle of freedom and prosperity. I love that I can provide excellent products that I truly believe in, while creating my own schedule. In addition to this work, I am an artist (painting and writing), a surfer, and an adventurer. My lifestyle allows time for me to paint, go to the beach with my family, and take trips when we want to.

I work from home, which allows me to see my family during the day, and help out with the kids when my wife needs a break!

I'm passionate about working with motivated people who want to create this level of freedom and flexibility in their own lives.

Cold plunging was an important tradition at our off-grid property. We sold the place earlier this year to make time & space for more travel, freedom and entrepreneurship.

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE: I started my online business journey nearly 10 years ago. I tried all kinds of different vehicles, including social media marketing, relationship coaching, selling life insurance, and wholesaling real estate... to name a few! I made some money, but I still felt like my work was not truly in alignment with my goals and dreams. I was looking for a business that I could thrive in... not simply make ends meet.

THE BOOKS THAT LED ME HERE: I've been an avid reader of Personal Development since I was a collegiate mountain bike racer. I became obsessed with improving my performance through mindset. It started with In Pursuit of Excellence, then Think & Grow Rich and countless others since. One of my all time favorites is Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T. Harv Eker. Not long after picking that up for a second time, I rediscovered this business and jumped in with both feet!

I love the life I'm living, and it's getting better all the time! I'm privileged to work with incredible entrepreneurs who are supportive, talented and successful.
